From Outreach to Install

Customer Contacts Decor

You contact us with your initial needs, and we ask you some questions to get a better understanding of your project.

Schedule Initial Appointment

We set a time to come and measure your project or assess the repair. We offer an in-home consultation or you can come into our showroom to view products.

Measurements or Repairs

We come to you and measure your project complimentary. We then bring the info back to our office and write up a quote for you. If your project is a repair, we take a look and if possible, we fix it on the spot. If we need new parts, we draw up a quote.

Quoting Phase

Quote is given to you, we double check final details, products, options and selections.

Customer Approval

You approve the quote either via physical signature, phone or email authorization and we order your project materials upon a deposit.

Lead Times

Once product is ordered, lead times can vary from 1 week to 3 months, based on the product, supplier, and demand. Check with us for specific lead times for your project.

Quality Inspection

When we receive your materials, our team conducts a quality control inspection before we plan to install anything in your home or business.

Schedule For Install

Once the product arrives and is QC-checked, we schedule your install with you.

09

Job is Done

We complete the job at the site, with the highest attention to detail. Full payment of this job is due upon completion.
