Decor Shower Door and Glass proudly serves the broader Napa Valley community with more than 35 years of experience. We maintain our reputation of quality workmanship with our tight-knit work family.
OWNER
Jeremy Jones purchased Decor Shower Door and Glass from the original owners in fall 2018 with the main objective of maintaining the company’s already-earned reputation. Keeping the small-town community feel and quality workmanship, Jeremy kept the original team and simply added new members.
OFFICE MANAGER
A longtime colleague of Jeremy, Michael Garcia took on the responsibilities of Office Manager. Michael brought a plethora of skills and an approachable attitude which makes the day-to-day operations run as smoothly as can be.
ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER
Vicky Schneider acts as Michael’s right-hand person. Vicky has become well-versed in glass and maintains a positive outlook – keeping smiles on employees’ and customers’ faces.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Margaret Van Zandt joined Decor in 2018 and her tenacity has resulted in taking on a vast array of tasks from answering phones to bookkeeping duties. Margaret’s skills and talents help with the day-to-day business running smoothly and flawlessly.
INSTALLERS
Our installers bring their own skill sets with precision and experience to master the craft and quality people have come to know from Decor.
Jacob “The Gentle Giant” Botts, with all his strength and skills, shows his dedication and love of the trade as well.
Billy Hughes is an extremely talented estimator/installer with exceptional customer service skills.
Brian Taylor is an experienced installer as he grew up in the glass business as a child. His skill set comes as second nature along with his amazing work ethic.
Thomas Elledge, also known as Tommy, is a skilled glazier who started in the Glazing industry when he was nineteen. His attention to detail and love for glazing was honed through working with Jeremy in his early days in the trade. Born and raised in the Central Valley, now a Napa local he loves to learn new things, exercise, and cook at home.
Micah Walton is our youngest team member who is also a Napa native. He started working during the summer with his grandfather at his construction company when Micah was 14 years old. There, he learned the skills he uses everyday as a clazier. Micah has excellect customer service, and is always a team player. He bring an exciting, fresh outlook to the company.
